아래 에러는 상대방 메일서버의 응답입니다.
421 코드는 대부분 일시적인 메일서버 장애나 거부일 가능성이 높습니다.
SMTP-Error = "421 couldn't connect to 192.245.250.35"
SMTP-Server = "mest.go.kr."
알려주신 도메인에 별도의 스팸차단장비(192.245.250.74)가 들어간 것으로 보이는데
해당 스팸차단장비에서 실제메일서버(192.245.250.35)로 메일을 재전송하는 과정에서 발생한 문제로 추측됩니다.
따라서 상대방 메일서버의 문제이므로 상대방 메일서버 관리자에게 문의하시는 것 외엔 방법이 없습니다.
