아래 에러 메세지는 여러차례에 걸린 재전송 시도가 모두 실패했다는 의미입니다.
실패한 원인은 아래 내용에 나와 있는데...
상대방 메일서버가 제대로 응답하지 않아서 발생한 문제입니다.

지금 테스트해봤는데도 상대방 메일서버가 응답이 없는 상태입니다.
상대방 메일서버관리자에게 문의해보셔야 할 것 같습니다.
