Hi, I'm getting above error message from the browser.

I'm running IIS 5.1 on XP pro.
When installing for ODBC I just put 'localhost' for both domain and dns server.
And nomally I'm not online(dial up connection). Would this be a problem?
Seems web server is up and running just fine since I can browse around other sites on the server. (i.e http://localhost/nbuilder_manual/index.htm works fine.)
Any help will be appreciated.
