위 메시지와 같은 경우는 블럭된것이 아니라 메일을 호스팅해주는 업체에서 해당 도메인을 삭제했거나
사용중지된 상태로 보입니다.
다른 포털에서도 메일을 발송해서 동일한 결과가 나온다면 다른방법으로 상대방에 연락을 취해 복구 하셔야 합니다.

해외쪽업체와 메일송신시 막혀서 발신이 안된다고 하십니다.
RBL 사이트쪽의 차단으로 이런 문제가 생기는것인지
최근에 이런류의 문의가 자주 들어오는 상태입니다.
어떤식으로 이문제를 확인해야될지 난감합니다.
