메시지의 내용을 보면 재전송 시도의 시간이 너무 짦아서 발생하는 문제로 보입니다.
초단위로 나옵니다.
재전송 설정을 분단위로 길게 잡아 보십시오.

위 설정의 경우 재전송은 총 3회이고 5분, 10분 , 10분의 간격으로 재전송 합니다.

Please increase delay for retransmissions !The current SMTP specification (RFC 5321) clearly states The sender MUST delay retrying a particular destination after one attempt has failed. In general, the retry interval SHOULD be at least 30 minutes; however, more sophisticated and variable strategies will be beneficial when the SMTP client can determine the reason for non-delivery.Please check the specifications for the Simple Mail Transfer Protocoll SMTP !
